The Upper Mississippi River Conservation Committee (UMRCC), consisting of natural resource managers from Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin, was created in 1943 to promote a continuing cooperation between conservation agencies on the Upper Mississippi River. History of UMRCC

Need a big commitment from IA DNR
Starting on pool 11 & need over 20 boats with a 3-person sampling crew in every boat.
Please e-mail Mike with your commitment for a boat and or personnel for this effort. In the past we were able to accomplish a pool a day with the sampling effort.
